Thousands of customers have discovered the difference
Customer Letter of the Month Dear National Digital & Security: We watched the video of the entire process, which covered the better part of an hour. About 30 minutes prior to the actual break-in, the perpetrator was scouting the house, walking all around the perimeter trying to figure out the best place to break in. We live in the center of town, in a transitional neighborhood, and on a private street that gets quite a bit of traffic. Nothing hindered this guy as cars were driving by constantly, as pedestrians were walking down the street, and as our security lights came on in the back, it perfectly lit the scene for our neighbors to view. Our house is 3 levels with daylight basement on the bottom, main level and upstairs level. This criminal decided that the best way to enter was an upstairs window, which are typically not armed on any alarm system. However, the only way up to this window was to shimmy his way up the column to the upper balcony/porch - All this is full view of any car passing by or passers-by. Little did this guy know that we have every window in this 3 story house armed, and this is what saved us from a major burglary. As he stood in front of the window, which was the window at the top of the stairs inside, he pried off the screen and lucky for him, the window was unlocked and he helped himself in. At the very moment the window went up, the voice alert sounded - which says "INTRUDER --- INTRUDER. THE POLICE HAVE BEEN CONTACTED AND ARE ON THE WAY>>>>>LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY." This is extremely loud and all the neighbors several doors down came out to see what was going on. As this guy entered our house, the alarm frightened him so bad, that he ran down the stairs, opened the coat closet then helped himself out the front door because I had left the keys in the door! He left the front door open in his hasty exit, and it remained open until the police arrived. The alarm certainly kept out any other thieves during the interim it took for the police to arrive. The police were at our house 15 minutes later and they were in large numbers. They completely and thoroughly scouted the house inside and outside. The guy was long gone, but I praise the alarm system and the cameras which recorded the entire thing. We will make this available to our local police as they may have an idea who this guy is. This incredibly loud system not only frightens the burglar, but also alerts the neighbors that a house has been broken into and this adds a little peace of mind---if your house is going to be broken into!
